Clean and modern rooms, just a short drive to the Grand Canyon. Breakfast options could be improved; low-quality food overall. The swimming pool was a nice relief after hiking. Parking was easy and free, which is a plus.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Perfect location for quick access to hiking trails at the Grand Canyon. Breakfast area gets crowded and could use more seating. Overall a decent stay for families.

Perfectly located, just a quick drive to the Grand Canyon. Spacious, comfortable room and a fantastic breakfast with plenty of options. Staff were mostly helpful, especially when they provided snacks for our early hike. cleanliness was a concern; we found a sock on the floor and questionable washcloths. Elevator access issues also raised safety questions. The hot tub was a highlight after a long day exploring! All in all, solid value, but I might consider other options next time.

Just a decent option for a stopover in Tusayan with reasonable price. Great breakfast options and friendly staff.

The breakfast staff hustle hard to keep everyone happy. The walking distance to shops and the park entrance is a total win.
Seating at breakfast is like waiting for a rock star to show up.

The King Suite was spacious and had a very comfortable bed. The in-room complementary coffee from the Keurig maker was a nice touch. The temperature control allowed for a cozy atmosphere, though I found the heavier comforter a bit warm. The bathroom cleanliness was not up to my standard, and I noticed some wear, like rippled carpet and damaged blinds. The lights and outlet between the beds were nonfunctional, but others worked fine. Bath towels were too small for comfort. Despite the minor issues, I appreciated the helpful staff who made for an easier stay.

As a father of a large family, staying at this hotel near Grand Canyon was a breeze. The spacious room allowed us to relax after long days of exploring. The kids loved watching their favorite shows on the 32-inch TV, and the convenient breakfast times made mornings easy before our adventures in Kaibab Forest.
For dads, it would be great if the hotel offered more kid-friendly activities to keep the little ones entertained.

The staff there are really friendly, always ready to help.
It wasn't cheap, but it's still worth it.

Our King Suite was beautifully spacious and impeccably clean, creating a relaxing retreat after our Grand Canyon adventures. The complimentary breakfast offered a fantastic variety, keeping us fueled for the day. Plus, the convenient location and free parking made our trip even more enjoyable!

I was really frustrated with the bathroom setup. It felt cramped, and the door barely cleared the toilet. Plus, without an exhaust fan, everything got soaked after a shower. It just made for a really uncomfortable stay.

The best part of my stay was how conveniently close the hotel was, just a short drive of less than 5 minutes to the south entrance of the Grand Canyon, making it effortless to catch the sunrise before breakfast and explore the stunning views; additionally, I appreciated that there were various dining and souvenir shops within a few steps, like McDonald's and Canyon Star, perfect for quick meals after a long day of walking, and the breakfast at the hotel was quite rich with lots of options. the windows could benefit from side drapes to block out more light.

Amazing staff, amazing breakfast with the fantastic duo of Imelda and Alberto making our mornings special while we enjoyed the delicious buffet selections including eggs and bacon.
Absolutely satisfied.

Clean and comfortable rooms, although the thin bedding left me a bit chilly at night. Pricing was reasonable, especially compared to nearby options. Efficient parking and friendly staff deserve commendation. They kept snow cleared and provided exceptional service. Breakfast was a highlight. Good selection, quick service, and helpful staff—one even packed extra for our hike. the use of paper plates and plastic utensils isn’t ideal, especially for adults. A server’s unsanitary practices raised concerns, albeit briefly. Communication with staff proved challenging due to language barriers, leading to an awkward checkout experience. My room faced an interior courtyard, lacking natural light and a view. Not a dealbreaker, but worth noting for longer stays.

I loved how spacious and clean my room was, and the towels were just heavenly! The breakfast was a feast—hot buffet, pancakes, and the friendliest staff ever made my mornings shine! Plus, the hot tub experience on a snowy day? Absolute bliss! 🌟
Can recommend! ❤️😊

The homies and I hit up the Grand Canyon, then chilled by the pool and hit the hot tub. Breakfast was straight fire, location was on point!
Yo, one TV in the breakfast area is cool, but we need a big screen in the lobby for Netflix binges! .

Up close to the Grand Canyon info at The South Rim Visitor Center excites me. Loved the plush duvet, quiet room for solid rest, and varied pillows to choose from. IMAX close by with a massive screen for a cinematic treat.
Plastic-wrapped breakfast items, so chic! .

So, my recent stay at Holiday Inn Express near the Grand Canyon was pretty mixed. The location was spot on, right in the Grand Canyon village with easy access to the park. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean, but there were a few drawbacks. The check-in process was a nightmare. The receptionist, Amelia, seemed lost and took ages to find my reservation. It was frustrating, especially after a long drive from Pennsylvania. The AC in the room was super noisy, making it hard to sleep. the pillows were too soft and didn't offer much support. On the bright side, the breakfast was excellent, and they even toasted my bagel for me, which was a nice touch. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the room itself was comfortable despite being a bit tight. the area for breakfast was small and always crowded. It was challenging to find a quiet spot to enjoy a meal. we had issues with our room not being cleaned properly, and promises of refunds were unfulfilled, which was disappointing. if you're looking for a convenient place to stay near the Grand Canyon without expecting luxury, Holiday Inn Express could be a suitable option. Just be prepared for some hiccups along the way.

The breakfast was superb, with a friendly staff member who even toasted my bagel! The rooms were clean and comfy, offering a great value compared to pricier options near the Grand Canyon. the helpful staff kept the premises well-maintained, including snowy areas.
Vegetarian breakfast options were lacking, and check-in was a bit of a hassle due to a new staff member's confusion. Some guests experienced delays and issues, making the process frustrating after a long journey.

Our family of four had a delightful stay at a King Suite in the adults-only building at this hotel. The room had a cozy sitting area, a convenient mini kitchen, and a spacious bathroom. The bedroom was large with a comfortable king-size bed. The breakfast room in our building provided a good and peaceful start to the day. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the hotel was well-maintained. We would happily stay here again when visiting the Grand Canyon.
Everything exceeded our expectations.

My stay at Holiday Inn Express was fantastic. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the breakfast selection was great. The hotel's proximity to the Grand Canyon made it easy to take breaks and re-enter at quieter times. I enjoyed the convenient location and the helpful staff in the breakfast area. I'll recommend this hotel.
